Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Prices are in USD. Rates are calculated as follows:

Standard Shipping: The flat rate shipping cost of $5.99 is charged for orders under $60.

Free shipping on USA* orders over $60.

Shipping times can vary depending on the product. Please expect 6 to 14 days for shipping and handling time unless stated otherwise on the product page. For any items sent direct from our manufacturer please expect 20 to 35 days shipping and handling. Most of our products are shipped from within the USA but we want to be very transparent about shipping times should any product you order be out of stock in our USA warehouse.  We will endeavor to fulfill your order through our warehouse in China.

Some of our custom apparel is printed on demand and will take 10 to 14 days for delivery.

Rush Shipping

Expedited shipping within *continental USA is available at a cost of $25 USD. Please note that not all products offer expedited shipping.

All delivery times above are based on average in-transit time. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs do not qualify for Rush Shipping.

Shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations or any international approved destinations may be subject to longer transit times (up to 35 days) due to the carrier or location of station. At this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations or internationally. All US orders are shipped UPS or USPS and your order will be delivered by your local postal carrier.

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within your Account section.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We strive to provide our customers with an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, tag removed or misused. Shipping on returned items are not refundable. Shipping costs to return an item are at the buyers expense.

If you received a damaged or defective item or the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Please have your order confirmation number available. This was sent to you in your order email at the time of purchase or simply log into your account and view your order history.

Items purchased through special promotions are final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Clothing and accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Returns/Exchanges

Steps to returning your item/s:

  • Contact us using our website Contact page.
  • If you are returning a product that is damaged, defective or you were sent the incorrect item we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Place your item/s and the return slip inside the package before sealing it – this is IMPORTANT and is how we identify your returned order.
  • If the packaging that your item arrived in is in good condition you can reuse the packaging and place the shipping label securely over the old one. Be sure to cover any previous address and barcode information.
  • It is then ready to be shipped using any USPS store or USPS mail box.

All goods are inspected upon return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you or refuse a refund.

Returns on defective items are trackable. Shipping times can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once we have your return, we’ll issue your refund and send you an email confirmation.

Our office hours of operation are Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm – Mountain standard time. If your request is received after 3pm we will respond to you the next business day.
