HER TACTICAL WHOLESALE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Welcome to Her Tactical. HER TACTICAL is a DBA of E & R LLC. All transactions are processed by E & R LLC but may appear on your statement as HER TACTICAL.
GENERAL
All wholesale orders are paid in full before items are shipped. Minimum purchase order is $500, unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
In order to apply for a wholesale account you must have a physical gun or sports store location in the U.S. Applications are carefully screened. You will need to provide evidence of your business license, STC number or EIN.

WHERE YOU CAN SELL
The HER TACTICAL products can only be sold on your approved company website, physical retail store/s and may be advertised on your company’s social media accounts. No selling on third party websites such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, etc. Written consent must be given for selling on any other platforms.
PRICING
An MSRP is listed on all products. We ask that you maintain these prices unless, you are having a short term seasonal sale and it must be shown as a sale item for a limited time. Please note that prices are subject to change so please check the price list regularly. Pricing must not go below the MAP. Violation of this may result in cancellation of your wholesale account.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees will show as free shipping at check out however, shipping charges will be calculated once items are packaged and ready to ship. Shipping fees will depend on the weight and size of your order. A separate invoice will be emailed to you to pay online before items are shipped. The free shipping for orders over $50 advertised on the website refers to retail customers only. If you are within a 30 mile radius of our office in Kaysville Utah, delivery is free.
DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are processed within 5-7 days. Please allow longer for large bulk orders.
COUPONS, SALES & AFFILATE PROGRAM
Coupons and sales are for retail customers only. Wholesale accounts are separate from the affiliate program and cannot be used or operated in conjunction with each other.
MINIMUM ORDER
Wholesale orders must be for a minimum of $500
RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, please contact Vicky at: vicky@hertactical.com. For urgent matters call 385 955 0037. Please include your invoice with the email. We do not accept returns unless you have a defective item. Defective items will be replaced. All claims for defective/damaged products or shortages, etc., must be made within five business days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days from date of invoice. Discontinued items may not be returned at any time.
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please contact us to acquire this number. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. If the above criteria are not met, the goods will be returned at customer’s expense. All refused or returned shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $25.00, whichever is greater. If HER TACTICAL has paid the freight charges for any order that is subsequently refused or returned, the customer will then become liable for any and all freight or shipping fees (both ways) associated with that order. If HER TACTICAL has provided a shipping label for any return order, the label must be used with 5 business days or the customer will then become liable for shipping fees. All charges associated with any refused COD shipments must be settled before the customer’s next order. Cancellations or returns of any orders already pulled are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $10.00, whichever is greater.
It is the responsibility of the “Sold To” customer to COMPLETELY check in all orders prior to contacting HER TACTICAL regarding any problems with the order.
